Skratch Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 9th , 2016

Skratch Solutions LLC (“Skratch” or “we”) collects information about you when you use Skratch’s mobile application (the “App”), website (the “Site”), and other online products and services (collectively with the App and the Site, the “Platform”) and through other interactions and communications you have with us. Skratch Solutions LLC (“Skratch”) has created this privacy policy (this “Policy”) in order to explain our privacy practices. Users of the Platform are sometimes referred to in this Policy individually as a “User” and collectively as the “Users”.

Information You Provide to Skratch

Personal Information. Skratch collects personal information only if you voluntarily choose to share such information with Skratch. You may browse the Site and navigate portions of the App without disclosing any personal information. However, in order for you to take advantage of particular opportunities provided through the Platform, we may require that you furnish personal information. When you register your account, complete forms for optional programs, surveys, contests, and other entries, or communicate through the Platform, we collect information including your name, address, phone number, and email address. In email correspondence with Skratch, you also may choose to provide personally identifying information.

Anonymous or Aggregated Data. Skratch collects and stores certain data, including User data, regarding the use of the Platform on an aggregate or anonymous basis. Skratch does not link this information to anything personally identifiable to a particular User.

Cookies and Other Technologies. We collect information about how Users interact with the Platform, preferences expressed, and settings chosen. Like many web or mobile-based applications, we may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers to collect such information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We may utilize persistent cookies that only Skratch can read and use to save your login information for future logins to the Platform, to assist in processing items in your shopping basket, to hold session information, and to track User preferences. We may utilize session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Platform, to better understand how you interact with the Platform and to monitor aggregate usage by Users and web traffic routing on the Platform, to track the number of entries in Skratch promotions, sweepstakes and contests and to identify visited areas of the Platform. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from the Platform and then close your browser. Third party advertisers on the Platform may also place or read cookies on your browser and we may use Flash cookies (or local shared objects) to store your preferences or display content based upon what you view on our site to personalize your visit. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the applications you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you will not be able to use all portions or all functionalities of the Platform. We and our Platform providers may also use “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs,” or similar means in connection with the Platform and HTML-formatted email messages to, among other things, track the actions of Users and email recipients, to determine the success of marketing campaigns and to compile aggregate statistics about Platform usage and response rates. We may also engage one or more third party providers to serve online advertisements on our behalf. They may use a “pixel tag” to collect anonymous information about your use of the Platform and visits to other applications, and they may use that information to target advertisements for goods and services. This information is collected anonymously, in a manner that does not personally identify you.

IP Address; Location Information. When you visit and interact with the application, Skratch or third parties with whom Skratch has contracted to provide services to Skratch may collect your Internet Protocol Address (“IP Address”), which is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Platform Provider. This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you visit the Platform, along with the times of your visits and the pages that you visited. We use IP Addresses to monitor the regions from which Users access the Platform and for fraud prevention purposes. If you permit the App to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system, we may also collect the precise location of your device when the App is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.

Transaction Information; Financial Information: We collect transaction details related to your use of the Platform, including the type of service requested, identity of the Skratcher engaged to provide such service, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, and other related transaction details. We may also require you to provide us with your financial information, including billing name, address and credit card number (“Financial Information”).

Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and verions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.

Call and SMS Data: Our Services facilitate communications between Users. In connection with facilitating this service, we may receive call and SMS message data, including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the SMS message.
